Hi! I’m Rui Ma, a 3D artist specializing in modeling and look development. I’m passionate about building rich, immersive environments and stylized assets that bring stories to life. Whether it’s crafting intricate textures, designing compelling worlds, or dialing in the perfect lighting, I love pushing the details that make a scene feel real and emotionally resonant.

Currently, I’m pursuing my MFA in Animation at Savannah College of Art and Design, where I continue to grow as an artist and explore the full potential of 3D storytelling. While my main focus is modeling and look dev, I also have hands-on experience in lighting, sculpting, animation, rigging, and VFX—skills that help me better collaborate across the pipeline and bring a holistic approach to my work.
